Board & Barrel E-Gift Card – Terms & Conditions
Board & Barrel’s E-Gift Cards are a convenient and flexible way to enjoy our ultimate cheese and wine experience or anything else on our menu. By purchasing and using an E-Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.Redemption:
- E-Gift Cards can be used to offset the bill for food and drinks at Board & Barrel, located at 27 Chislehurst High Street.
- The value on the E-Gift Card will be applied to your total bill at the time of payment.
2. Non-Refundable:
- E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
3.No Expiry Date:
- E-Gift Cards have no expiry date, so you can use them at your convenience. However, if Board & Barrel closes permanently, any remaining card balance will be forfeited.
4.Purchasing E-Gift Cards:
- E-Gift Cards are purchased securely via Square. Once purchased, the card will be sent to the recipient electronically and can be redeemed in-store.
5.Lost or Stolen Cards:
- We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards. Please keep your E-Gift Card secure.
6.Multiple Redemptions:
- You may use the E-Gift Card across multiple visits until the balance is fully redeemed. If your bill exceeds the available balance on the card, you will need to pay the difference using another payment method.
7.Management Rights:
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or redemption of an E-Gift Card at its discretion in the case of fraud or misuse.
