Brie & Bubbles – Terms & Conditions
Bottomless Brie & Bubbles is all about enjoying unlimited drinks and a delicious selection of cheese and charcuterie. Each booking includes one of our signature boards, with portion sizes tailored to your party. Cheese and charcuterie options are pre-selected to offer you the best of what we have.
1. Table Slot Duration:
- Each booking includes a 2-hour table slot.
- The time begins at the time of your reservation, so please arrive promptly to make the most of your experience. Late arrivals will not extend your allocated time.
2. Bottomless Drinks Duration:
- Guests will enjoy 90 minutes (1.5 hours) of unlimited house wines—red, white, rosé, and Prosecco—as part of the Brie & Bubbles package.
- The 90-minute window starts when your first drink is served.
- Only one drink per person will be served at a time.
3.Responsible Drinking:
- We encourage responsible drinking. Our team reserves the right to refuse alcohol to any guest showing signs of intoxication or disruptive behaviour.
- The bottomless offer is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Please be prepared to show valid ID.
4. Alcoholic Beverages:
- The bottomless offer is limited to the designated house wines and Prosecco. Any other drinks ordered will be charged at the regular menu price.
- Drinks cannot be shared with guests who have not purchased the Brie & Bubbles package.
5.Food Orders:
- All guests must purchase the Brie & Bubbles package, which includes our signature cheese and charcuterie board. Board sizes will vary depending on the size of the party to ensure the perfect amount for each group.
6. End of Service:
- Bottomless drinks will end strictly 90 minutes after your first drink is served, regardless of any unused time on your table slot. No extensions will be granted.
- You are welcome to order additional drinks from the regular menu after the bottomless period ends.
7.Management Rights:
- Board & Barrel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Brie & Bubbles offer at any time without prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest at its discretion.
